【企業災後情緒支援指南】
近日大埔火災事故令整個城市都感到沉重。不少人即使沒有身處現場,單是接觸新聞、影像,或從身邊人的分享中,也會感到心痛、憂慮、難以入睡,或持續情緒低落。 我們想提醒大家: 在不尋常、令人震撼的事件之後,出現急性情緒反應,是非常自然的。 這不是脆弱,也不是「想太多」,而是身心面對壓力時的 自然反應 。 企業與機構在這段時間可以成為員工的重要支柱: 以理解取代要求,以接納取代批判,以支援取代「要快啲好返」。 以下整理了 員工在災後(包括非災民)常見的 5 種反應,以及公司可以如何提供合適的支援 ,讓主管、人事及同事間彼此多一分理解,多一分力量。 🔵 1. 情緒反應更明顯 員工可能: 感到傷痛、害怕、憤怒、空虛或麻木。有些員工可能難以表達自己的不安,選擇沉默;也有人會在工作中比平時更安靜,或轉向社交平台/網絡作分散注意。 公司可以: 就員工的感受作出 關注及支援 ,讓他們 了解這些反應是自然的壓力反應 。不要假設所有員工都有相同的感受或需要,並包容不同形式的情緒表達或沉默。 🔵 2. 行為反應有所改變 員工可能: 出現新的或更多的行為反應,例如情緒較易
