Among these crucial skills, "Emotion, Agility, and Resilience" stood out as one of the key competencies for navigating the challenges of today’s fast-evolving workplace.
We often talk about resilience and emotional agility, but do we truly understand their impact? Negative emotions are unavoidable in the workplace, but resilience is about recognizing and managing them to stay adaptable and focused under pressure—essential for boosting collaboration, decision-making, and productivity.
