We recently hosted our transformative workshop, "Music Power Bank - Build-up Personal Musical Resource for Workplace Emotional Support," where participants experienced firsthand how music can relieve stress and uplift their mood during hectic workdays.

🎶 A heartfelt thank you to Lansley, our incredible music therapist and event facilitator, for guiding us on this musical relaxation journey. Your expertise and gentle facilitation created a safe space for everyone to express themselves through music and simple drawings. Participants felt safe and free to open their hearts and express their experiences through music. That's where the magic happened. Stress was released, empowerment was gained, and everyone left with new skills to set up their own 'musical first aid pack.'
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with attendees appreciating how well the session covered the topic and provided practical takeaways. Many participants noted how effectively Lansley led the session, making the experience both insightful and enjoyable.
