We were delighted to host "A Taste of Mindfulness" for in-house HR professionals on 27 June.Â

Dr. Stanley Chan educational psychologist, brought a captivating blend of psychological insight to the practice of mindfulness, challenging conventional approaches and debunking myths. He highlighted how mindfulness is much more than just sitting and breathingâit's a dynamic mental training that enhances our ability to navigate life's challenges with awareness and compassion.
The highlight of the evening was the enriching discussion circle, led by our leading trainers Dr. Chan and é»ä»Čé Mills Wong. Together, they addressed complex mindfulness and corporate wellbeing issues, turning the session into a deeply valuable exchange.
