Upon graduating from HKU, Delton embarked on his career as a Management Trainee with a leading commercial banking group in Hong Kong. In a span of just three years, he was promoted to the role of Section Head, taking charge of critical functions like regional talent management, learning & development, talent acquisition, and corporate culture development. Delton's unwavering passion and dedication fueled his innovation of numerous strategic projects, resulting in the receipt of 13 industry-level awards and recognition as one of the youngest talent pool members.
