He built the Development Centre for CEO successors and implemented a Talent Management process for 7 APAC countries for a Fortune 100 financial corporation.

For a global toy manufacturer, Mills also established a research-based competency model which got 223 staff involved and developed the competency-based training curriculums for them. In a merger & acquisition project, he led the mass communication and strategic alignment exercises for the top management teams of the two companies.

On culture building, he designed and conducted experiential learning programs to internalize the new culture for 100 managers and 4,200 frontline staff for a top world brand fast food restaurant.

Last but not the least, Mills had led to a turnaround in the consulting business of an organisation from 0.5m loss to 1m profit within 18 months.
